Carbon Steel Filter Housings

Carbon Steel GF102 Series Natural Gas Filter Housing

Van Gas large flow coalescing and particulate filters consist of nine filter housings and four element grades that remove water droplets and oil aerosols down to .01 micron. Standard models are available for flows up to 90 MMcfd at 1440 PSIG, with larger capacities and higher pressures available on an engineered- to-order basis.

All of large flow filter houssings are constructed from carbon steel and are designed with a two-phase separator to prolong filter life through removal of free flowing water and oil. Both sump areas can be equipped with either manual or automatic drains.

Our large flow filter housings are designed to allow filter element replacement through top-loading. Closure types include swing-bolt, blind flange, and blind flange with davit. This allows for the filter element to be replaced quickly and without the difficulties typically found in bottom loading type housings. The top loading feature of our coalescing and particulate filter housings also eliminate any ground clearance requirements that may be needed when changing filter elements.

Purchasing a Van Gas Technologies' gas filter housing is a cost-effective method of helping to keep your natural gas free of contaminants. Please contact us today at 1-800-840-9906 or Email Us with any questions you may have or to place your order
